Yoga in P.1/2

P.1/2 have been learning about our mental health all week. We have been discussing ways to improve our mental health and talking about our feelings and emotions as part of the Take 5 celebration week. We decided to end the week by watching some of ‘inside out’ and completing some yoga where we were given a situation and had to choose how we would be feeling and do the corresponding yoga move. Everyone had a great day and are hopefully feeling relaxed and ready for the mid term break.
