Grandparents Day Mass - Friday 23rd January at 10am Mass will be followed by refreshments in school and an opportunity to visit children in the classrooms.
To mark World Health Day, our class took part in a range of mindfulness activities to promote our positive mindset and emotional wellbeing. This afternoon we completed some art work, took part in a yoga session and enjoyed a coaching session with Aidy. It was a wonderful afternoon with our friends, filled with movement and mindfulness that helped us to remember the importance of looking after our mental health.
