World Book Day in P1/2

P1/2 had such great fun today dressing up as their favourite characters, both fiction and non-fiction and parading around the assembly hall to show the rest of the school. They partnered with their buddies to do some paired reading and making bookmarks - I think P5 and P7 enjoyed this as much as P1/2! Roise and Cormac won the raffle for the Stuart Reid prizes and we finished the day by picking new books from the book swap, with the help of our Eco-Team. What a wonderful way to celebrate World Book Day!
