What a fantastic day we had in Ballylifford with Fitness Freddy! All classes participated in a Health and fitness session involving song and dance - check out our KS2 photos and videos for all the action. We certainly have some amazing dancers and it was a joy to see all the singing and happy faces. This afternoon Fitness Freddy spoke to the children about their mental health focusing on the ‘Take 5 steps to wellbeing’. Hopefully the children will be able to build these 5 steps into their daily life. Thank you Fitness Freddy for a super fun and active day from start to finish!
