Today we welcomed Stephen from the fire service into our classroom to discuss the topic of fires in the home. Stephen shared lots of helpful tips and advice on how to keep our homes safe from fire. For homework, Stephen tasked the pupils with the job of asking a grown up to check that their smoke alarms were all in working order and asked them to remember to complete all the fire safety steps before going to bed. Thank you Stephen for a very interesting and informative visit!
