Thank you Friday morning Club!

We were delighted to be invited to Ballinderry Hub today to join the Friday morning club for a morning of exploring artefacts from days gone by. The children throughly enjoyed this experience and were delighted to move around the different stations to investigate items from years ago. They learnt about school life, the different types of telephones used, how clothes were washed and the different toys boys and girls their age would have played with. The children enjoyed chatting with members of the Friday Morning club about their school days and how life was so much different to their experiences today. Thank you to Michael McConway for his excellent presentation and wonderful facts he shared with the children, they were so enthusiastic to find out about life in days gone by. Thank you to Maggie and Rosemary for inviting us along this morning, it was such a wonderful experience that our children throughly enjoyed.
