Today we completed our last Rugby session with Dean. The children from P.4 to P.7 have eagerly participated in the weekly sessions and have developed lots of Rugby skills. This was a new sport for most of the boys and girls - they were further developing their hand/eye co-ordination and the importance of keeping your head up and looking for the ball. These are skills that can be transferred into other sports. The children have grown in confidence throughout the sessions and realise that ‘life is better when we stick together’. A huge thank you to Dean for giving up his time each week to teach Rugby to our children - we greatly appreciate the effort you put in on a weekly basis to ensure the activities are fun for the children.
