Superheroes Coaching

Thank you to Conor from the Performance Lab who delivered some Superheroes coaching to all the classes today to help start up the Superheroes program again for this year. The pupils will participate in 15 minutes daily activity to develop their muscle strength by doing exercises linked to The Superheroes.
