Today the P.5/6/7 children had a super morning with Elita from MEGA and Donna from Bloc Blinds. The children were being engineers and developed lots of new skills as they designed a catapult using lollipop sticks, elastic bands and Pom Poms. Both Elita and Donna talked to the children about the role of an engineer and the importance of Science and Technology and Design. We then had lots of fun testing out our catapults - we definitely have engineers of the future in our P.5/6/7 class.
