Today, our P.5/6/7 boys proudly represented the school at the South Derry Boys Championship Football. They played with incredible enthusiasm and determination, winning all their group games to reach the cup final. Showing great teamwork and resilience, they battled back from an eight point difference, demonstrating true fight and spirit. Unfortunately, it wasn't their day, and they narrowly missed out on the Cup by just one point. It was a tough result, especially as they gave such a strong performance and have shown outstanding dedication and teamwork not only today but throughout all their games this year.
Despite the final score, we couldn't be prouder of this fantastic group of boys, who wear their Ballylifford colours with such pride. Be proud of yourselves boys, you are all stars!
