Shared Education was a little different this week for P5 pupils, we released our Dollaghan trout fry into Ballinderry River. All P5 pupils from both schools walked to the river in Coagh where we were met by David and Frank from the Hatchery. All pupils got the opportunity to release a fish into the river. In groups we also sorted through river samples and tried to name all the different types of bugs which are found in the river. Back in Coagh PS P6/7 created Fairtrade symbols using clay. All KS2 pupils tried out our Sphero balls and mats, which have been purchased by both schools, for the first time.
