This morning the Road Safety Bus visited Ballylifford PS to speak to the P.5/6/7 children about safety on the bus and cycle safety. Kevin talked to the children about the importance of wearing their seatbelt, how to get on and off the bus safely and showing respect to the bus driver. Kevin’s presentation was extremely engaging and fun for the children. Mark and Rihannon even had the opportunity to sit in the driver’s seat. Ciara then spoke to the children about how we can stay safe on our bikes. A huge thank you to Wendy from the PSNI for organising the Road Safety Bus visit to our school.
