Pancake Tuesday in P.1/2

P.1/2 enjoyed a lovely morning with lots of pancake activities. We practiced our counting skills in a fun pancake numeracy game, we wrote some key pancake words on our whiteboards independently, we practiced making our own pretend pancakes and even got to flip them on pans, we practiced our cutting and sticking skills by cutting out and sticking on our own pancake toppings and lastly we got to taste some yummy pancakes. Some of us tasted toppings we had never tried before like honey, syrup, sugar, butter, jam, lemon and marshmallows. A few of us even wanted to try all the toppings at the one time!
