Brigid Ann very kindly demonstrated to all children today how to make pancakes. She had two fantastic P.7 assistants Shauna and Tommy. They helped Brigid Ann weigh out the ingredients and make the batter. Brigid Ann then baked enough pancakes for all children and staff. Each child got to add their own toppings - they were delicious.
