What a brilliant start to our P.7 Cycling Proficiency programme this afternoon from 3pm to 4pm. The P.7 pupils displayed fantastic listening skills and knowledge of their bikes from sessions with Johnny from Sustrans last year. The first session focused on checking our helmets and using ABCD to check our bikes - Air, Brakes, Chain, Drop.
We practiced signalling and the 3 looks - Glance, Gaze and Stare. The children were also practicing their balancing skills as they made their way through the cones. Well done everyone - looking forward to next week. Photos to follow.
