Tonight we had the opportunity to showcase our wonderful school to prospective P.1 parents and children for September 2024. The night began with our exceptional P.7 pupils performing ‘When Santa comes to town’ - as always they were a real credit to our school and showed off all the skills they have developed throughout their 7 years at Ballylifford. It was lovely for our P.7 parents to have the opportunity to join us tonight as they enjoyed a trip down memory Lane. A special thank you to Mrs Conlan for producing the script and preparing the children so well for tonight’s performance.
This was followed by Playgroup children having the opportunity to visit all our classrooms to see aspects of our work and learning in many areas of the curriculum. All parents were then provided with tea/coffee and delicious refreshments - Brigid Ann and Orla work tirelessly behind the scenes to cater for our children, parents and staff. We are well and truly spoiled at Ballylifford.
A huge thank you to all staff for their preparation for tonight to showcase our excellent and unique school. We hope all the boys and girls enjoyed their visit and look forward to seeing them again in the near future.
