Well done to our P.7 Digital Leaders who led us in a very informative assembly this morning about how to stay safe when online and how we can use AI in a positive way. They informed us of three very important tips to remember when using AI:
1. AI is not always right.
2. Never share personal information with AI.
3. If something makes you uncomfortable, always tell a trusted adult.
P.7 finished our assembly by singing a song they had created with the help of AI, which told us that to stay safe on the internet we must always think before we click. In school this week we also had a poster competition for Online Safety with the focus on AI. Each class produced some excellent pieces of work which gave some excellent advice. Well done to our winners on their great efforts!
