The children had an enjoyable week learning about 3D shapes and their properties. They loved the practical aspect of identifying the particular features of 3D shapes such as faces, edges and corners (vertices). They also enjoyed identifying 3D shapes in their environment by exploring shapes in the playground. Finally, the children made some fabulous Shape Monsters out of 2D shapes. Brilliant Fun!
