Maths Week 2018 -KS2 Maths Games

P5-P7 pupils really enjoyed playing Maths games today as part of Maths Week 2018 and they reinforced their learning of many maths area.

  1. Pupils used KNEX to make 2D & 3D Shapes and quadrilaterals. 
  2. Pupils used calculators to check their Mental Maths BINGO answers. 
  3. Pupils played fraction games to understand factions of quantities and matching the correct fraction. 
  4. Pupils played Money BINGO to develop understanding of various amounts and correct change. 
  5. Pupils used dice to create a maths sum using all maths operations. 
  6. Pupils reinforced their Place Value understanding using the Place Vlaue Abacus.
