P2 have been reading about how to make the “perfect pizza”, so when Brigid Ann had it on the menu this week we asked her if we could help out. Brigid Ann began by showing us how to make the base, then she invited each of us to assist her with adding our favourite toppings. Finally, she cooked it in the oven and we enjoyed it for lunch! Yummy!
