Many thanks to Colette from AMH Menssana (action mental health) for our healthy me workshop today. We focused on ways to keep our mind healthy and identified things which are not helpful for our mental health. We talked about our trusted adults who we can turn to if we need help or support and learned some breathing techniques if we need to relax ourselves.
