P.5/6/7 enjoyed a wonderful day at Coagh Primary School for our Health and Wellbeing day as part of our Shared Education programme. The focus of the session was our health and well being and finding different ways to promote positive thinking. We were delighted to have Ronan from Fitminds, Caitriona from the Thrive programme and Fitness Freddy to facilitate this wonderful morning of fun and engaging activities. The pupils throughly enjoyed this session and showed such enthusiasm and excitement throughout all the activities. A huge thank you to Ronan, Freddy and Caitriona for coming along to make this such a fantastic experience for our children.
