We had special visitors this morning at Ballylifford PS with local playgroups from Ballinderry and Ballyronan getting opportunity to enjoy some Christmas games, songs and music.
The P5-P7 children lead the games 'Santa Says, 'Pin the Snowman', Decorate the 'Christmas Tree' and 'Snowball Throw' along with activities 'Christmas Bingo', 'Christmas Matching Pairs' and 'Christmas Board games'
The children also sang 'Jingle Bells' with the Playgroup children joining in and the tin whistle group played the popular Christmas tunes ‘Silent Night’ and ‘Away in a Manger’
The playgroup also enjoyed a small snack and received a selection box and Christmas card.
Thanks to both playgroups and their staff for accepting our annual invitation and we hope you all enjoyed a fantastic morning. We wish both playgroups a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
