Today was the last day of our Calm Kit with Katie. Over the last 6 weeks, children from P.3/4 have enjoyed whole class sessions of yoga, art, mindfulness and games. P.5/6/7 children have enjoyed similar activities as part of an After school programme. The children have thoroughly enjoyed the Calm Kit and have left every session with a huge smile on their faces, feeling relaxed and positive about themselves. Katie commented today that ‘the children in Ballylifford were an absolute pleasure to work with’. We look forward to welcoming Katie back again in the future.
