Problem Solving in P3/4 Class

Today the children explored how to make  particular patterns. They used a 3x3 or 4x4 grid and had to organise the groups of coloured cubes they chose ( three cubes of three different colours or four cubes of four different colours) in such a way that no row or column has the same colour in it. They loved the challenge.
