P.7 Cycling Proficiency Scheme

Our P.7 pupils were delighted to have their first session of the cycle proficiency scheme.  Today they learnt all about bike safety by ensuring their helmets are fitted securely and how to carry out the ABCD checks on their bike before going for a cycle. The pupils also learnt how to be pedal ready in the secondary position and how to move from the kerb and into the primary position. They throughly enjoyed their first session and are so eager to get back out on their bikes over the next few weeks.
