This week all classes received new reading books from Collins Big Cat for Guided Reading. At the beginning of the year, we agreed money raised for school funds would be used for buying reading materials and Literacy resources so a sincere thanks to all parents/careers for your continued generosity and support. We have also purchased new online resources from Collins for teaching Comprehension, Grammar/Punctuation, Spelling and Writing Genre/Composition skills. We look forward to using these over the next few weeks.
A special word of thanks to our student teachers for reorganising our library and adding new AR books. We will use the commission from our book fair sales to buy new AR books where needed.
