This term P1/2 have been learning about Toys. We had a Show and Tell session when everyone brought in a toy and showed the class how it worked. We looked at how toys operate and we devised questions to ask our grandparents about toys from their childhood. Oonagh brought in her mummy’s teddy and her granny’s teddy and we were able to compare them to our modern teddies. As part of our Global Learning Programme we looked at toys from around the world and we even tried to make our own African Toy Car.
