On Friday night we were delighted to have reached the All County Boys Football Finals in Owenbeg in memory of Francis Lagan.
The boys were defeated in the semi final by a strong team from St. Mary's, Gortnaghey who went on to win the cup.
As always our boys gave it their very best showing great resilience and excellent skills. They played right to the final whistle and we are extremely proud of this group of boys.
Thank you to all parents for travelling on the night and to those parents who have assisted with coaching the boys both at After schools and at tournaments over the last few weeks.
Thank you to Mrs Conlan for accompanying the boys and for her assistance during the games.
A memorable night for everyone involved and in the words of Francis it's 'all about the wains' - well done boys.
