Congratulations to our P.4 pupils as they celebrated the sacrament of First Holy Communion at St. Patrick's Church, Ballinderry along with P.4 pupils from Derrychrin PS. The children were absolutely amazing, led by their fantastic teachers Ms Hurl and Miss McGuigan.
Thank you to Fr Donnelly for the lovely mass, John Wilson for having the chapel so well prepared and the altar society for the beautiful floral displays.
Thank you to Philomena for working with the P.4 pupils this year and helping them to prepare for their First Penance and First Holy Communion and for delivering the All God's Children Programme.
A special thank you to Miss Hughes for leading the choir and all the children from both schools for attending yesterday - the music really added to the occasion. Thank you to all the staff for helping the children on their faith journey to date and for assisting the pupils yesterday. Your dedication and support is really appreciated.
Thank you to John O'Neill for taking photos in the chapel and outside in the glorious sunshine. We were blessed with the weather.
Lastly a sincere thank you to the parents for your support and for turning the children out so beautifully in their white dresses and trendy suits. We hope you all had a very special day with your families making memories to cherish.
