Digital Leader workshop!

Members of our P7 leadership team attended a very exciting ICT workshop today in St Mary’s Glenview. The pupils attended a number of workshops to help develop their skills in using ICT across the curriculum. Today we had a chance to use Just2Easy with a focus on coding and numeracy, we were also introduced to the app called AR Makr which we used to create our own characters to use for creative writing.  The pupils also got an opportunity to use Sphero balls and mats as well as using Keynote for outdoor learning. We also focused on how to promote our mental health and well being using the app, Pages.  Today was an invaluable experience for our digital leaders, they gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise that they are looking forward to sharing with their peers in the coming weeks.
