Another fantastic day at the Aaron Devlin Tournament today at Shamrock Park. I cannot be any more proud of the way our boys and girls represented our school today. The display of football was outstanding from both teams. The boys and girls won 2 out of 3 games in the group stages and reached the Cup semi final. Unfortunately they just missed out on a place in the Cup final. A group of STARS and a credit to our school.
A sincere thank you to all the parents who assisted with lifts to the pitch, coaching along the sideline and treating the children to cold water and ice lollies - we appreciate it all.
A special mention to everyone at Derrychrin PS for their super organisation of the tournament and to everyone at Ballinderry Club for their help throughout the day.
